Whether you've grown up completely already, or are still growing, there are more than a few things you can do to grow taller, or speed the process of growth.
The first and foremost thing you should concentrate on is exercising properly to increase your height.

Remember that the body responds to stimulation. That's why when you lift weights or run everyday, you lose fat and gain muscle. It's the body's response to stimuli.

Certain other exercises target the softer bone tissue (the word 'bone' is used in the loosest of sense) called cartilage that exists between the discs that make up the spinal column. Properly stretching out these discs can add upto two inches to your height. Due to prolonged slouching and downward pressure, the spinal column tends to get compressed. With stretching, it is possible to straighten the spine out to add to your height.
